I’m Sonia Thomas
I am a certified executive and team coach with more than 30 years of international experience. Originally from Northern Ireland and now based in Paris, I bring a global and intercultural perspective to my work, combining executive coaching, team development, consulting, and teaching.
I support leaders and teams in navigating complexity, strengthening leadership confidence, and leading with greater clarity, impact, and authenticity. Whether facing organisational change, professional transitions, or new leadership challenges, my role is to create a space for reflection, growth, and meaningful progress.
My approach is grounded in empathy, ethics, discretion, and evidence-informed practice.
I work in English and French, both online and in person.
