I’m Sonia Thomas

I am a certified international executive and team coach with more than 30 years of international experience. I bring a global and intercultural perspective to my work, combining executive coaching, team development, consulting, and teaching.

I support international leaders and teams in navigating complexity, strengthening leadership confidence, and leading with greater clarity, impact, and authenticity. Whether facing organisational change, professional transitions, or new leadership challenges, I help create a space for reflection, growth, and meaningful progress: I enable leaders to make better decisions by becoming more aware of the assumptions, beliefs and cognitive patterns that shape how they think and lead.

My approach is grounded in empathy, ethics, discretion, and evidence-informed practice. Having worked for more than three decades in international organisations, I understand the human side of leadership: making difficult decisions, building trust across cultures, and helping people thrive in complex environments.
