About me

Welcome! I’m Sonia Thomas, an executive and team coach with over 30 years of international experience.
Originally from Northern Ireland and now based in Paris, I bring a global and intercultural perspective to my work — shaped by decades spent leading, consulting, and teaching in diverse sectors and cultural contexts.

Before dedicating myself fully to coaching in 2021, I held senior management roles that gave me firsthand insight into the challenges of leadership, change, and collaboration across borders. Today, I help individuals and organisations build confidence, strengthen leadership, and navigate complexity with clarity and resilience.

I hold a Master’s in Coaching (First Class) from the Université Paris Dauphine PSL and am certified by the Cabinet Chrysippe Lyon. I also hold a certification in Inclusive Leadership through Behavioural Studies from the London School of Economics (LSE).

Alongside my private practice, I teach HR Management at Université Paris Dauphine PSL and coach teams within the Executive Master in Innovation & Entrepreneurship at HEC Paris. I also advise international organisations and associations on leadership, inclusion, and organisational strategy.
